Bolts, Studs and Anchors

Bolts, Studs and Anchors is our range of threaded fasteners for structural, machinery and construction fixing. It includes stainless steel hex head bolts, fully threaded studs, sleeve anchor bolts with hex nuts, and T-bolts with square plates for slot channels. Hex head bolts are cold forged and thread rolled from SUS304 / SUS316 stainless steel or high-tensile carbon steel, with a six-sided head that accepts high tightening torque using standard sockets. They conform to DIN931 / DIN933 dimensions [TBC] and are supplied with matching nuts and washers on request. Threaded studs are fully threaded rods without heads, used where a long clamping length or double-ended fixing is needed; because the thread runs over the entire length, the stud can be cut to size on site without damaging the profile. Sleeve anchors expand against the wall of a drilled hole in concrete or brick when the nut is tightened, providing reliable holding for brackets, railings and equipment bases. T-bolts slide into aluminum T-slots and cannot rotate during tightening, which makes them ideal for machine tables, solar rails and fixture clamping. Materials and coatings are selected by environment: natural stainless steel for outdoor and coastal use, zinc plating for general industrial work, hot-dip galvanizing for heavy outdoor structures. Every batch is checked with thread gauges and inspected for head dimensions and straightness; hardness and salt-spray tests are recorded, and material certificates can travel with the shipment. Sizes cover M4 to M16 [TBC] with lengths to order, and non-standard dimensions, left-hand threads and special head marks are produced according to drawings. Because bolts, studs and anchors are frequently ordered together with nuts and washers, we can quote a complete fixing set and pack it as one kit to simplify your inbound logistics. Correct installation decides the holding power of bolts, studs and anchors far more than the product itself. For anchors, drill the hole with the specified diameter, blow out the dust, insert the anchor fully so the washer sits on the fixture, then tighten to the recommended torque - over-tightening shears the thread, under-tightening leaves the sleeve unexpanded. For structural bolts, use a calibrated torque wrench and verify a sample of the joint after a few days of service, since bedding-in reduces preload. For studs in tapped holes, thread engagement should reach at least one times the diameter; where a stud passes through a soft casting, a thread insert is a better choice than a longer stud.
