CNC Fittings and Custom Machined Parts covers the application-specific end of our machining capability: fluid and pneumatic fittings turned from brass, and precision working tips for ultrasonic dental scalers. Both product families share the same requirement - accurate threads, smooth functional surfaces and repeatable quality in every batch. CNC brass valve and pipe fittings are machined from solid brass bar in one setup, giving accurate G, NPT or BSP threads [TBC], flat sealing faces and consistent wall thickness. Internal channels and cross holes are drilled in the same clamping, so concentricity between thread and sealing surface stays tight, and air-tightness testing can be arranged for valve-type parts. The natural brass surface offers good corrosion resistance and lubricity; nickel or chrome plating is available for decorative or enhanced protection. Dental scaler working tips are the vibrating tips of ultrasonic scalers: the pointed tip cleans tooth surfaces and interdental areas, the wide flat tip removes heavy calculus. They are machined from medical-grade stainless steel [TBC] and polished smooth, with a threaded connection matching the handpiece and a mass and length tuned so the vibration amplitude stays efficient and comfortable. Tips are autoclavable for repeated sterilization [TBC] and can be packed in individual blisters or in bulk for clinics. Both families are inspected with thread gauges, micrometers and visual standards on every batch. Custom shapes for different handpiece brands, special thread standards and non-standard fitting bodies are produced according to samples or drawings, and prototypes are available before mass production. If you are developing a new fitting or instrument, our engineers can review your drawing and propose manufacturable tolerances at the quotation stage. Fluid fittings and instrument tips share a demand for clean, burr-free internal passages. After machining, brass fittings are deburred, washed and dried; on request they are passivated or nickel plated. Taper threads such as NPT rely on thread interference for sealing, so we gauge them with the standard plug and ring gauges and, for valve bodies, run an air-tightness check at the agreed pressure. Dental tips need a different discipline: the thread must engage the handpiece without binding, the tip must be polished so that deposits cannot cling, and the geometry must be reproduced within a narrow band because the vibration amplitude depends on mass. We keep the machining program and inspection record for each tip type, so repeat orders match the first delivery. Custom handpiece interfaces and special thread standards are developed from your sample or drawing.
